CRNA needed in Phoenix, AZ

Phoenix, AZ
Start Date: 3/30/2026
Schedule: 3 Nights, 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am
Hours: Typically, 3–4 shifts per week (36+ hours per week). Minimum commitment of 4 weeks; flexible providers can pick up additional shifts as desired.
Must be flexible to workdays, nights, and at least one full weekend shift per month (day or night depending on departmental need)
Night Coverage: 3–6-night shifts per month, scheduled based on department need. Night shifts may be in OB or OR.
Cases: Peds & neuro head
Willing to license
Credentialing timeframe: ASAP
