Job description

We are seeking an experienced Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Raleigh, NC. This position offers multiple shift options, no call, and a diverse case mix within a large, collaborative anesthesia department.

Assignment Details
Location: Raleigh, NC
Coverage: Full-time – 4 weeks per month required
Shift Options: 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s
Must work Monday and/or Friday each week
Call: None
Overtime available and likely
Credentialing: Approximately 90 days

Practice Setting:
Medical direction / care team model
1:4 MD-to-CAA ratio
48 anesthesia rooms
Epic EMR
Anesthesiologists also perform their own cases
Case Mix: General, Cardiac – no open hearts, Neuro, Orthopedics, Pediatrics

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience
Active North Carolina license required
