CAA Opportunity in Coastal Georgia – 5x8s Schedule + Bread & Butter Cases

Job description

A critical access hospital in southern Georgia is seeking a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant for a 13-week locum assignment. This is a great opportunity for providers looking for a predictable weekday schedule in a collaborative care team environment.

The facility runs 9 anesthesia rooms with a 4:1 supervision ratio. MDs do not run their own cases, allowing CAAs to stay fully engaged in clinical work while supported by a consistent team structure.

Start Date: 6/8/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 am – 3 pm (No Call)
Practice Setting: Critical access hospital
Cases Include: General, ortho, neuro
Work Environment:
• 9 anesthesia rooms
• Supervised care team model
• 4:1 CAA to MD ratio
• MDs do not run their own cases
Requirements:
• Active Georgia license required (no licensing offered)
• Must live 60+ miles from facility
• Board certification required
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days

We pay weekly, cover malpractice insurance, and handle credentialing in-house!
