Family Practice MD Needed in Wisconsin:
Start Date: 11/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Job Details: Standard primary care clinic procedures
- Management of patients with multiple comorbidities, including diabetes and heart disease
Active Wisconsin License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
