• Time with patients: 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-ups
• Hybrid schedule: 50% virtual care
• Technology: Epic EMR and ambient AI scribe to streamline documentation
• Strong Support: Accessible psychiatric leadership and dedicated front-office team
