Aya Locums is looking for a Family Practice Physician in South Central Wisconsin
Assignment Details:
• Start Date: November 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Mon–Fri flexible discussed during interview
• Call Required: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 18–22 patients
• EMR: Epic
• Job Details: Standard primary care clinic procedures, management of patients with multiple comorbidities, including diabetes and heart disease, residency clinic handles most procedures.


Requirements:
• State License: Active WI license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
