Lead with purpose in the Crescent City. This is a sought-after physician-leader opening in New Orleans, Louisiana, combining direct patient care for older adults with clinical leadership, provider mentoring, and team development.

What you'll do:
• Supervise, train, mentor, and coach primary care providers
• Care for acute and chronic conditions in older adult patients
• Lead care teams and coordinate care for patients unable to visit the office
• Run weekly clinical huddles and care transformation meetings
• Drive clinical quality, patient outcomes, and team engagement
• Take part in provider recruiting and interviewing
• Champion clinical and operational excellence in your center

What you bring:
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Active Louisiana medical license
• Board Certification preferred
• Strong interest or experience in geriatric care
• Excellent leadership and communication skills; willingness to travel locally and nationally for training and recruiting
