JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient primary care practice. The physician will provide comprehensive care for patients across a broad spectrum of acute and chronic medical conditions while emphasizing preventive care, wellness, and chronic disease management.

The provider will practice in a fully outpatient setting utilizing Athena EHR and work collaboratively with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

PRACTICE DETAILS:

• Outpatient Primary Care
• Monday - Friday schedule
• Schedule options:
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Athena EHR
• Four-day orientation and training
• Established clinic environment
• Potential for assignment extension

REQUIREMENTS:

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Previous clinical experience required
• New graduates will not be considered
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Athena EHR experience preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Perform preventive care and health screenings
• Manage chronic diseases and ongoing patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within Athena EHR
• Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care
