About the clinician's workday

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide outpatient behavioral health services to an adult population within a correctional facility on a full-time day shift schedule totaling 40 hours per week. The clinician will manage a caseload of 6-8 patients per day, conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and performing crisis intervention as needed. Individual therapy is a primary responsibility, and group therapy may be facilitated as assigned. All clinical documentation must be completed in accordance with facility protocols.
