About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide cardiothoracic surgery coverage across inpatient and operating room settings on a night shift and 24-hour shift basis, with weekend coverage required as the primary component of this assignment. Clinical responsibilities encompass cardiothoracic surgical services within an on-site, hospital-based environment, with an anticipated volume of 10 patients per day. No call coverage is required as part of this engagement. Support staff are available on-site to facilitate coordinated care delivery throughout each assigned period.
