Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician Needed in Florence, OR

Family Medicine/Primary Care Physician opportunity available in Florence, OR
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 12 months with possible extension
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with possible weeknight call and 24-hour weekend call coverage (7:00 AM–7:00 AM) as needed.
Additional Details:
- Pediatric support - assessing newborns (if on call) in the hospital immediately after birth. There will not be any obstetric focused medical or surgical care before, during, or after pregnancy. Care/assessment would only be provided to newborns (not the mother) in the hospital and/or clinic setting.
- Patient demographics - Newborns to Geriatrics
- Average patients per day - 20 in clinic

Licensure: Active OR license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 60-90 days
