Aya Locums is seeking a Primary Care Physician in Central Colorado.

Assignment Details:
• Start Date: September 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts
• Call Requirements: None
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Patient Volume: 20 per day
• Patient Demographic: Adults/ Geriatrics
• EMR: Elation
• Job Details: Standard Family Medicine

Requirements:
• State License: Active CO license required
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
