A physician-led value-based care organization in beautiful Pinellas Park, Florida is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its growing outpatient practice.

## Qualifications

* MD or DO
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
* Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
* Primary Care experience preferred
* Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage experience is a plus
