🏥 Nurse Practitioner – Family Medicine (Permanent Position)
📍 Location: Vermont
⏰ Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week

• Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, wellness, and patient education.
• Practice independently in accordance with APRN licensure standards.
• Work alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff.
• Opportunity to collaborate with multiple specialties including Family Practice, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Urology, General Surgery, and Post-Acute Care.

🛑 SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS (Strict Compliance):
• Master's Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program required.
• Current Vermont APRN License or ability to obtain required.
• Healthcare Provider CPR Certification required.
• DEA License required.
• Must be eligible for credentialing through the Medical Staff.
• Clean Malpractice History required.
• Most recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) required.
• Certification as an Adult, Family, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner highly preferred.
• Two years of nursing experience prior to obtaining an advanced degree highly preferred.
• Must disclose whether visa sponsorship is required.
• Not accepting visa candidates.
• Not accepting Locums or Locums-to-Perm candidates.
• Not accepting candidates with less than one year of experience.
• Not accepting candidates planning to work this position alongside another job.
• Not accepting candidates with a commute exceeding one hour.
📋 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently perform medical acts within APRN licensure standards.
• Provide comprehensive nursing and medical care in an outpatient primary care setting.
• Promote health, wellness, and disease prevention.
• Deliver leadership and consultation within the care team.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
• Identify and address patient and family educational needs.
• Support informed healthcare decision-making through education and counseling.
• Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment.
• Support daily practice operations in a cost-effective manner.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• Annual Salary: $120,000 – $140,000
• Compensation based on experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness.
• Full-Time Position (1.0 FTE)
