Job description

- Coverage dates: ASAP - 6 month contract w/ option to extend
- Credentialing timeframe: roughly 6-8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (4 10's may be acceptable)
- Average 12-15 patients per day, all adults
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Travel/lodging provided
