Practice Setting: Home Health
Assignment Details: Average visits per day: 6-9 visits daily
License: State License Required *Willing to License*
Requirements: Must be Board Certified
Credentialing: 7 Days to 2-3 Weeks
Travel: Airfare, lodging, and car rental will be covered
