The facility provides essential primary care services to the local population with a 25-bed capacity and maintains strong community connections while offering excellent professional support and resources.

Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine

Job Details:
• Provide comprehensive family medicine services Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
• Handle 8-15 patient encounters per shift with 1-hour lunch break
• Serve patients across all age groups in an outpatient clinic setting
• Must be board certified or board certification eligible
• Minnesota medical license required (IMLC not accepted)
• No specialized certifications required (ACLS, BLS, PALS not mandatory)
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 45 days
• Additional practice location available at Essentia Health Fosston Clinic
• Position available for ongoing coverage starting June 22, 2026
• Lodging accommodations available through preferred hotel partnerships

Compensation:
