Locum Family Medicine/Allergy FNP needed in Fallon, Nevada

Looking for an FNP to start ASAP - Can credential in 2-3 weeks.

MUST HAVE an active NV License!

Start: Feb 23 or March 2

End: July 3, 2026

LOA: 4 month contract with option to extend

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7A-4P

Patient Volume: 20-35 (varies per season)

Procedures: Primary care follow-ups and allergy consults*
No ER-level acuity
Small/rural family medicine clinic that operates a walk-in urgent care service (walk-ins, same-day issues)

Majority of visits are follow ups and allergy related consults

Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages

PA (Shirley) is lead for support staff

EMR: Cerner

License: Nevada
