Job description

Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive Patient Care: Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including adult, women's health, and basic pediatric care.
Vaccinations: Administer required vaccinations as part of routine care.
Referral for Major Procedures: Any major procedures are to be referred to specialists; this role focuses on primary and preventive care.
Patient Load: Expect to see 1-2 patients per hour on average.
EMR: Documentation and patient management will be done using Athena electronic medical records (EMR).

Schedule
Monday - Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements
Board Certification
Louisiana State License
DEA Certification
CSR Certification
CPR Certification

• Medical Malpractice Insurance, Travel, and Lodging Provided
• No Call
• Credentialing Timeframe: ~30-60 Days
