Job description

• Will accept FP or IM
• BC/BE
• Seeing mostly adults, some PED's if FM
• Patient Volume: 17-19 Census
• EMR: Epic
• Day to Day: Sick visits, ear Infections, basic primary care, acute/sick care, chronic disease management, physicals
• Scheduled patients in the am and walk in patients in the afternoon

• ASAP
• On-going
