Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Through End of Year
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
Conduct patient assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
Collaborate with a supportive team including 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP, and 3 Office Staff
Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and management
Maintain high standards of care and ensure patient satisfaction

Requirements:
Board Certification
Georgia State License
Certification: BLS
Experience: Minimum experience required to handle all ages in a primary care setting

Credentialing Timeframe: 21 Days
