Urgent Hiring Nurse Practitioners in Detroit, MI

We are seeking Skilled Nurse Practitioners providing personalized primary care for older adults with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest.
Role: Home Health Care
Each NP or APP will be supported by a care team
Average 6-7 visits a day.
Will be supported by the Medical Director who will serve as NP/APP's mentor
Required Qualifications
• Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or NP Certificate Program graduate
• Active, non-probationary state Nurse Practitioner license
