Credentialing 30 days
EMR EPIC
Active CA license DEA CSR
Clinic setting seeing typical primary care cases. Diabetes, gyn, pap smears, post op, prescription refills, etc.
· Anything else specific to this clinic? Same Day/ acute issues- sickness, I&D abscess, Swabbing: covid, strep, rsv/flu, Cyst removal, Skin tag removal, pelvic exams, sutures, splinting, foreign body removal

• Weekends and afternoons
• patient population 2 and older
• 12-16 patients per day
