Job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team.   As a reputable healthcare facility, we offer an outstanding opportunity for career growth and medical directorship.  Located in Northern California not far from the coast.

Job Details:
Specialty: Primary Care (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
Type: Full-time (Permanent)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Call: Occasional Weekends and Weekday evenings (rotating schedule)
Compensation: Base range from $250K to $350K+ with a maximum hire-in of $280K for new graduates

Requirements:
MD or DO degree
New grads are welcome
Experience in vasectomies and other specialized cases preferred, but not required
CAH and RHC experience is a plus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinic: 80% of workload
Inpatient Unit: 20% of workload
Optional ED work available and paid separately
Autonomy level: High, with own panel of patients
Supervision of APPs
