Community Health Center near Myrtle Beach, SC

Hours:
Tuesday-Friday 8am-7pm

NO CHILDREN (may see some teens)
Experience with treating patients with chronic conditions like diabetes, heart disease, etc
Some behavioral health experience would be nice- treating patients with ADD, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, etc.
DEA Waiver for Suboxone a plus

23 Patients per 10 hr day
