We are looking for a Board-Certified Family Practice physician to join non-profit medical group full-time in Soldotna, AK. We need a physician who is willing to see patients from birth to death.

This position exists to provide family practice medical care to our patient population in the Central Kenai Peninsula. The physician would act as a member of our Healthcare Team in the provision of health services to individuals, families, and/or their communities. The physician will work collaboratively with patients and their caregivers—to the extent preferred by each patient—as well as with other members of the Healthcare Team to accomplish shared goals within and across settings to achieve coordinated, high-quality care. The physician would provide ongoing guidance, support, and education to other members of the Healthcare Team as it pertains to ensuring effective, quality primary care for our patients and their families.

We are a non-profit, family practice Federally Qualified Health Center, located in Soldotna and Kenai Alaska with approximately 100 employees. We offer medical, dental, and behavioral health services and serve a community that involves seven small towns with a total population of approximately 39,000 of which 25% are at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. We serve a triangular geographic area of approximately 2,052 square miles that runs from the town of Ninilchik to Nikiski to Cooper Landing.
